Guided visits lead through the mansion's elegant interiors while connecting family life, architecture, agriculture, and rum production. The broader visit can also include the Japanese Garden, aviary, and nearby Cruceta del Vigía, creating an experience that combines museum storytelling with landscaped grounds and elevated views across the city. The property belongs to the Municipality of Ponce and is operated as a museum by the nonprofit Patronato del Castillo Serrallés.
